Talent Acquisition Assistant

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP of Talent and internal recruitment team
Post job openings and manage requisitions within the ATS (ADP Lyric)
Screen resumes and assist with candidate shortlisting as needed
Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and manage complex calendars
Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers at all levels throughout the hiring process
Draft and prepare offer letters, confidentiality agreements, and hiring documentation
Initiate new hire paperwork processes and ensure all required approvals are completed accurately and on time
Coordinate background checks and reference checks in accordance with company policies
Create and schedule onboarding agendas for new hires as needed
Send company-wide new hire announcements and coordinate New Hire Orientation sessions
Support seamless onboarding experiences for incoming employees
Assist with recruitment, coordination, and onboarding of the Summer Intern Cohort
Support interview scheduling, offer coordination, and program logistics
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive intern experience
Maintain staffing metrics and quarterly recruiting reports, including time-to-fill and year-to-date hiring data
Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and workflows

Required

Bachelor's Degree required
Internship or professional experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources required
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably ADP Lyric
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Positive, professional attitude with a strong service mindset
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented approach to work
High level of discretion when handling confidential information
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Preferred

Experience within the fashion or apparel industry preferred
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms preferred
