Responsibilities
Sort mail and prepare bins for daily processing
Sort incoming applications, copy documents, and prepare all incoming correspondence for scanning
Index, data capture, and log priority mail
Deliver to and collect mail from staff and departments
Maintain address labels, scan batches into the queue for indexing, and maintain hard copies as required
Complete other relevant mailroom tasks as required
Qualification
Required
1+ years of data entry, scanning, filing, and indexing experience is highly preferred
Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and tech savviness is required
Collaborative with exceptional problem-solving capabilities
Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy
