Responsibilities
Deliver timely evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for non-emergent pediatric illnesses and injuries
Apply sound clinical judgment to determine appropriate interventions, diagnostic testing, and follow-up care plans
Clearly and compassionately educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and next steps
Ensure accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of patient encounters in compliance with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards
Work closely with fellow clinicians and support staff to provide coordinated, efficient, and safe care while fostering a positive patient and family experience
Qualification
Required
Master's or Doctorate in Nursing (or related field) with NP or PA certification
Active state license
DEA registration
BLS/ACLS required
Strong clinical judgment
Ability to provide evidence-based care
Comfort managing a wide range of acute pediatric cases
Proficiency with EMR systems and common software tools
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate families
Ability to work effectively within a team
Preferred
Minimum 2 years in pediatrics or urgent care preferred
