Maintain and repair tipper bodies and related equipment on customer vehicles
Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions promptly
Provide technical support and guidance to customers and dealership staff
Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards are met
Collaborate with the sales and manufacturing teams to improve product performance
Document service activities accurately for reporting and warranty purposes
Stay updated on product developments and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role within the vehicle or heavy machinery industry
Strong electrical, mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred
Knowledge of commercial vehicle systems is highly desirable
