Responsibilities
Own and articulate the BoxHouse capital narrative to sophisticated investors
Lead discussions with family offices, infrastructure investors, and tax advisors
Translate complex fund and tax structures into credible, simple explanations
Partner with legal and tax counsel on fund formation and execution
Secure anchor investors for Fund
Design long-term capital strategy beyond a single fund
Selectively engage broker-dealers when appropriate and manage them tightly
Qualification
Required
Experience in solar or infrastructure tax equity
Direct exposure to solar or infrastructure tax equity or similar structures
Has closed debt or hybrid financings
Comfortable pushing back on founders when discipline is required
Has survived institutional diligence and understands its realities
Operates without brand crutches
