They are seeking an experienced CabinetVision and Alphacam Programmer to program and optimize CNC machines for architectural millwork production, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of custom cabinetry and components.

Responsibilities
Create and edit CNC programs using CabintVision and Alphacam for millwork production (e.g., cabinetry, paneling, moldings, etc.)
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate and efficient programs
Optimize CNC programs to improve production speed and material usage
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of designs
Troubleshoot and resolve programming or machine-related issues
Maintain and update CNC programs as needed to accommodate design changes or improvements
Ensure that all work complies with quality standards
Provide training and technical support to CNC operators and production staff as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a CabinetVision and Alphacam programmer, ideally in the architectural millwork or woodworking industry
In-depth understanding of CNC machinery, tooling and various materials
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with designers, engineers, and production staff
Knowledge of woodworking materials, finishes, and industry best practices
Experience with Homag CNC machines and WoodWop software is a plus
Hands-on shop experience is a plus
Preferred
Experience with other CNC programming software and tools
Familiarity with advanced machining techniques and automated production processes
Strong understanding of shop workflow and production management
