Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business, goals, and values
Serve as the primary non-technical point of contact for client communication
Proactively identify, address, and resolve client concerns before they escalate
Conduct regular check-ins and Technology Business Reviews (TBRs) to ensure satisfaction, alignment, and continued value
Capture client feedback and work with the internal team to improve service delivery
Own the client lifecycle from onboarding through long-term partnership
Ensure new clients experience a smooth, confident onboarding process
Collaborate with clients to build technology roadmaps, project plans, and realistic budgets
Ensure all recommendations align with client objectives, operational needs, and financial constraints
Actively identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
Proactively introduce new services and solutions that address client challenges or growth plans
Drive new revenue by building relationships with prospective clients
Generate new sales through networking, community involvement, referrals, and targeted outreach
Represent the company at community events, chamber meetings, and partner gatherings
Qualification
