Human Resources Business Partner

Ainsley Search Group is hiring a Corporate HR Business Partner with experience in leading corporate recruitment projects to join a Global Manufacturer located in the Chester County area. This role involves supporting the full life cycle of talent acquisition and designing talent development programs while managing various HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Report to HR Director and support full life cycle of talent acquisition activities for salaried positions; support hiring manager on developing job profiles and set up mutual agreement on job requirement, timeline, and salary range
Sourcing, vetting and interview potential candidates based on job requirements; align candidate profiles with hiring managers’ expectations
Utilize various recruiting channels to attract applicants such as: job boards, indeed, career fair, Linkedin.com, co-op, internship, etc
Collaborate with external recruiting partners to support candidate sourcing effort; establish relationships with recruitment vendors and continue source and on-board new vendors
Conduct pre-employment screening, employment verification, new hire paperwork, orientation and on-boarding; administrate employee benefits, payrolls and performance review
Support and prepare KPI reports, analytical reports to monitor performance of recruiting channels; develop metrics to monitor new hire performance, turnover, staffing history, etc
Design and implement talent development programs across the company; collaborate with hiring managers to identify talents’ potentials and establish training programs catering management, career advancement, leadership improvement, etc
Oversee and manage FMLA, ADA and Disability projects, oversee payroll process and time keeping process, maintain and prepare manual payroll checks in addition to direct deposit
Support day to day HR Generalist responsibilities for the manufacturing and corporate site regarding employee relations, talent management, etc

Required

Recent years' experience as HRBP or HR Generalist in manufacturing spaces
Experienced in Full life cycle of recruitment across executive to professional level
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, able to meet deadlines and execute projects independently
Ability to serve as business partner to cross functional leaders and external partners
Ability to nurture relationships and navigating challenging personalities
