Responsibilities
Coordinate with engineering, automation, and stakeholders for equipment and facility design deliverables
Generate equipment bid packages (URS, Data Sheets, Specifications) and manage procurement activities
Support facility construction, equipment installation, and commissioning
Perform design reviews, risk assessments, and execute commissioning/validation protocols
Maintain training and documentation as per company and cGMP requirements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Process Engineer in pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing
Hands-on experience with Isolators, Downflow booths, and Powder Material Handling Systems
Experience with granulation (wet/dry), tablet compression, tablet coating, or packaging lines
Proven experience in equipment package ownership, including URS, specifications, procurement, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and validation support
Strong knowledge of cGMP standards and working in regulated pharma facilities
