Responsibilities

Design, configure, and test Workday Adaptive Planning Workforce Planning solutions
Ensure configurations align with workforce planning strategies, policies, and business objectives
Support planning models including:
Headcount & cost planning
Resource & capacity planning
Strategic workforce planning
Talent planning
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
Perform gap analysis and recommend best-practice workflows
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for workforce planning processes and system capabilities
Collaborate with HR COEs, HR Technology, Digital/IT teams, and external vendors
Ensure workforce planning solutions integrate effectively with broader HR systems and processes
Coordinate and support UAT and regression testing
Validate system configurations, integrations, and data accuracy
Provide production support and troubleshooting for:
Configuration issues
Business processes
Integrations and data
Create and maintain documentation including:
User guides and job aids
Process flow diagrams
Test plans and scripts
Project plans and stakeholder presentations
Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels

Required

5+ years of experience in HR Technology / HR Systems
3+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience
Strong experience with Workforce Planning modules
Solid understanding of Strategic Workforce Planning processes
Experience translating business requirements into system solutions
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
Experience using tools such as JIRA
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience with Mergers, Acquisitions, or Divestitures
Experience working in large, global enterprise environments
Strong documentation and presentation skills
