Collaborating with internal teams to improve the user experience and overall product efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service to provide a positive client experience and build strong relationships
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively
Sharp Analytical Skills to interpret client feedback, identify challenges, and propose actionable solutions
Passion for problem-solving, quick learning, and adapting in a dynamic work environment
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently
Preferred
Experience with SaaS platforms or content distribution tools is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is a plus
