Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and customize Actimize IFM solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements
Install and configure Actimize Platform components such as AIS, ActOne, and UDM. Enhance Actimize IFM by building custom Policy Manager rules, workflows, and DARTS
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues and perform root-cause analysis to minimize recurrence. Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and project managers throughout the SDLC
Perform unit, system, performance, and integration testing. Document technical specifications, installation steps, and troubleshooting procedures
Install product patches and service packs and upgrade the Actimize platform and solutions over time
Lead or participate in Agile sprint planning, backlog management, and documentation
Ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance as needed
