Senior Account Manager
Sparrow is a fintech company focused on transforming banking relationships through technology. The Senior Account Manager will work closely with executive leadership to foster growth and build partnerships with credit unions.

Responsibilities
Work directly with the CEO and Director of Partnerships to build relationships that move markets and drive meaningful growth across our credit union partners
Win new accounts, paired with a framework-driven approach to influence and inspire C-Suite leaders
Balance growing accounts with ongoing support
Create new processes and motions
Bring a fresh POV, test (and fail) loudly, and help shape the team’s broader goals
Work shoulder-to-shoulder in a small organization, and share in both the wins and the rough patches
Qualification
Required
A consultative seller: with the drive, EQ, and swagger to win new accounts, paired with a framework-driven approach to influence and inspire C-Suite leaders
Ability to balance growing accounts with ongoing support
A builder: who takes extreme ownership and has a bias for action, comfortable creating new processes and motions
Brings a fresh POV, tests (and fails) loudly, and helps shape the team's broader goals
A team player: who brings others along, works shoulder-to-shoulder in a small organization, and shares in both the wins and the rough patches
