They are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Professional to manage digital marketing initiatives, optimize campaigns, and enhance customer experience across multiple platforms to drive leads and bookings.

Responsibilities

Assume management of UX and customer experience for 5+ websites and growing portfolio of brands, products and assets
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
Collaborate with internal and agency stakeholders to develop integrated growth strategies and content that will elevate brand visibility, and accelerate direct bookings across our portfolio
Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, CAC, and overall paid performance
Own email strategy and marketing automation to nurture leads through the funnel
Partner with tech and design teams to improve website UX, landing pages, and conversion flows with goal of increasing qualified leads
Assume ownership of landing page execution and strategy - end to end design and authoring of pages to test new conversion ideas
Conduct vigorous analysis of digital campaign performance (leads to bookings) to inform budget allocation, channel mix decisions, and strategic planning

Required

8 plus years of hands on and leadership experience in digital marketing, preferably in the luxury domains of travel, leisure, hospitality, or lifestyle brands targeting discerning audiences
Highly proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Klaviyo), and analytics platforms
Testimonials that speak to successful implementations of integrated digital marketing initiatives
Solid analytical skills to interpret data and report on campaign performance and ROI
An excellent communicator and collaborator with a broad range of technical and non-technical professionals
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
