Clinical Territory Manager
Connect Search is partnering with an established organization in the Oak Creek area that is seeking a Clinical Territory Manager to join their growing team. This role involves managing and expanding a large territory while supporting distributor relationships and driving sales growth within the medical device space.
Responsibilities
Manage and expand a defined portfolio of customer relationships within a designated region, serving as a primary point of contact for clinical and technical stakeholders
Build, support, and oversee third-party sales partners, providing guidance, performance oversight, and ongoing collaboration
Partner with leadership of external rep groups to drive regional growth, review activity updates, and strengthen local market presence
Assess partner effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and assist with onboarding new representation when needed
Establish success metrics and regularly review performance trends to uncover growth opportunities
Spend time in-market with partner teams to evaluate effectiveness, reinforce expectations, and provide coaching as needed
Deliver comprehensive product and application training to ensure partners are well-equipped to support end users
Cultivate relationships with influential professionals and trusted advisors within the territory
Stay informed on market dynamics, competitive offerings, and emerging trends
Analyze forecasting data and contribute insights to broader planning efforts
Support business development efforts through prospecting, account expansion, and product adoption
Travel periodically to customer sites, partner locations, and industry events
Participate in national conferences and events, supporting booth presence and customer engagement
Gather post-market feedback and maintain related documentation and reporting
Serve as a reliable resource throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring a high level of service and follow-through
Prepare sales-related documentation, reports, pricing updates, and account records
Provide on-site support as needed, offering technical insight and product guidance during critical use cases
Handle administrative responsibilities, issue resolution, and return processes with accuracy and professionalism
Contribute cross-functionally to support broader organizational needs and participate in internal meetings as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or relevant sales experience (preferably dealing with clinical clients)
Medical field terminology
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
