Responsibilities include precision drilling, fastener installation, composite and metallic work, surface prep, sealing, and vehicle assembly support
Must be skilled with hand tools, calibrated measurement equipment, and engineering drawings
Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and support continuous improvement initiatives required
Aerospace experience (5+ years) preferred
Willingness to work overtime is a plus
