Proven ownership of ServiceNow platform architecture, solution design, and technical governance

Experience leading and mentoring ServiceNow development teams

Strong experience across multiple ServiceNow modules and complex third-party integrations

Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scalability, data modelling, and design patterns

Excellent communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders

Preferred

Enterprise CMDB architecture and data integrity

ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, and GRC implementations
