Responsibilities
Conduct routine physical exams and comprehensive health assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop individualized treatment and wellness plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Coordinate patient care with specialists as needed
Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance
Document encounters and manage care using electronic medical records
Qualification
Required
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing
Active NYS NP license and Board Certification in Adult or Family Practice
DEA Certification
Conduct routine physical exams and comprehensive health assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop individualized treatment and wellness plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Coordinate patient care with specialists as needed
