Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise level solutions using IBM CMOD to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency
Experience with mainframe to run the jobs/reports
Experience Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ODWEK API
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards on CMOD and ICN
Oversee the implementation of IBM Content Navigator to optimize document management processes and improve user experience
Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of Java based applications to ensure high performance and reliability
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and technical specifications
Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations in all system designs and implementations
Lead efforts to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with hybrid work models
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with business objectives
Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that support the company’s growth and societal impact
Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to empower teams with the latest technological advancements
Support the company’s strategic goals by delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Design and develop enterprise level solutions using IBM CMOD to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency
Experience with mainframe to run the jobs/reports
