Responsibilities
Deploy and customize uiAgent’s AI agents for enterprise accounting firms and Fortune 500 finance teams
Build agents using a mix of code, no-code, and low-code tools —choosing speed and outcomes over dogma
Translate customer workflows and requirements into functional agent logic, tools, and automations
Create integrations, scripts, and extensions where no-code ends and custom logic is needed
Troubleshoot real-world issues across data, models, integrations, and agent behavior
Work closely with founders, product, and core engineering to turn customer learnings into platform improvements
Move fast: prototype, deploy, iterate, and refine agents based on live usage
Qualification
Required
1–4 years of experience as a software engineer, solutions engineer, or technical builder
Comfortable shipping with code and non-code tools —you care about solving the problem, not the purity of the stack
Strong problem solver who thrives in ambiguous, customer-facing environments
Clear communicator who can explain technical and non-technical concepts to customers
Customer-obsessed: you measure success by adoption and outcomes, not tickets closed
Resourceful and scrappy—you unblock yourself and others
Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership-driven, fast-moving, and excited to build from zero to one
