4-6 years of RF Design experience (Level 2 equivalent)
Strong fundamentals of RF engineering (coverage, capacity, RF parameters, KPIs)
Experience with VZ RF planning and internal tools (e.g., FUZE and similar systems)
Hands-on experience with RAN equipment CIQ (Cell Integration Quality)
Working knowledge of RF, Transport, and Wireless Construction workflows. Ability to independently finalize designs with little to no training
