Responsibilities

Own all East Coast sales strategy and execution for the Sports and Spine division
Directly manage and develop a team of five to six regional sales leaders
Oversee performance and operations of three East Coast distribution centers
Lead, optimize, and hold accountability across a distributor network of approximately 125 distributors
Drive distributor performance through training, metrics, territory alignment, and strategic planning
Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, supply chain, and executive leadership
Forecast sales performance, manage budgets, and ensure achievement of revenue and growth objectives
Ensure consistent execution of commercial strategy while maintaining compliance and quality standards

Required

Extensive leadership experience within the Sports Medicine and Spine markets
Proven success managing large, complex distributor networks
Strong background in distributor-led sales models, including recruitment, development, and performance management
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-layered sales organizations and regional teams
Experience overseeing geographically dispersed operations and distribution centers
Strategic mindset with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred

Prior VP-level or senior commercial leadership experience in medical devices or biologics
Experience working with or selling into major OEM partners and strategic accounts
Track record of scaling sales organizations and improving distributor effectiveness
