They are seeking a Marketing Campaign Developer to support the development and execution of email and print marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign and related cross-channel marketing platforms.

Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development, and execution of integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns
Support day-to-day campaign execution to ensure timelines and objectives are met
Apply established campaign methodologies and best practices
Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders
Perform quality assurance testing and troubleshoot issues
Follow processes to ensure compliance with GCC systems and data standards
Help resolve issues related to audience logic, data quality, or workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience supporting or developing marketing campaigns
Experience with Adobe Campaign or similar platforms
Basic to intermediate SQL and Excel skills
Exposure to campaign flows and backend processes
Basic understanding of HTML and email design principles
Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
Willingness to learn and grow technical skills
