Responsibilities
Lead the strategic integration of digital health vendors into care delivery and employee support models
Manage and optimize performance across key partners, including but not limited to telemedicine, women’s and family health, musculoskeletal skeletal health, crisis network management and other digital member health partners and platforms
Drive cross‑functional collaboration with clinical, IT and operational teams to ensure successful adoption and execution of digital health initiatives
Evaluate vendor capabilities, monitor outcomes and guide continuous improvement and innovation in digital healthcare delivery
Identify opportunities to enhance the digital health ecosystem and recommend new partnerships or technologies that advance organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business, IT, or a related field
5+ years of experience in healthcare management, digital health and/or vendor oversight
Proven success in managing external partnerships and rolling out digital health solutions
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, data privacy and interoperability standards
Exceptional communication, negotiation and project management skills
Ability to influence stakeholders at every level and drive initiatives from concept to execution
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field
