Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders across finance, procurement, operations, and IT to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Map current-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements using D365 capabilities
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams
Support full lifecycle D365 Finance implementations, including configuration, data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live
Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, and validate D365 solutions
Develop user documentation and deliver training to support adoption of new systems and processes
Serve as a liaison between business users and IT, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend enhancements to maximize D365 value
Work with related Microsoft platforms such as Power BI, PowerApps, and Azure-based tools
Participate in safety programs and perform additional duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst supporting finance processes or ERP initiatives
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (full implementation lifecycle strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of finance processes and best practices
Proficiency in process mapping, requirements documentation, and functional solution design
Experience with data analysis or reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management abilities
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Highly proactive, innovative, and self-motivated
Ability to work face-to-face with users in an office environment
Commitment to customer satisfaction and collaborative teamwork
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
In-office, face-to-face user interaction
Hands-on D365 Finance implementation experience (requirements → configuration → data migration → UAT → go-live)
Strong business process analysis and functional requirements expertise
Proven ability to act as a cross-functional liaison and support change management, training, and post-go-live optimization

Preferred

Familiarity with D365 Supply Chain or Customer Engagement modules is a plus
Experience with data analysis or reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
