Responsibilities
Respond to ServiceNow tickets and provide onsite network support
Install, remove, and troubleshoot network and telecom equipment
Perform cable patching, power installation, and basic network testing (ping/DNS)
Identify network circuits, switch ports, and demarcation points
Provide smart-hands support and escort third-party vendors
Follow change management, safety, and security procedures
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience supporting network infrastructure
Hands-on experience with racking, stacking, cabling, and decommissioning equipment
Knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, WiFi, and IP Telephony
Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills
Preferred
Experience supporting RF and telecom systems (microwave, cellular, VSAT – a plus)
