Responsibilities
Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits according to study timelines (average frequency every 6 weeks, may vary by site)
Ensure trial sites comply with the protocol, GCP, and applicable regulations
Work with site staff to support enrollment, data accuracy, and overall site performance
Maintain timely and complete study documentation and monitoring reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related discipline
3–5 years of CRA experience, preferably in transplant or nephrology studies
Strong understanding of GCP and ICH guidelines
Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel to sites as needed (Washington, California, Colorado, and other U.S. locations)

Relevant experience in transplant or nephrology trials
