Responsibilities
Provide hands-on Workday configuration and support across:
Workday Payroll
Workday Time Tracking
Workday Absence
Support post-go-live activities including stabilisation, enhancements, and continuous improvement
Partner with HR, Payroll, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions
Troubleshoot configuration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
Support testing activities (unit, regression, and UAT) related to PATT changes
Ensure solutions align with Workday best practices and organisational policies
Collaborate closely with the wider Workday HRIS team and external partners where required
Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
2–3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, specifically within: Workday Payroll, Workday Time Tracking, Workday Absence
Strong understanding of Workday business processes and data flows within PATT
Experience supporting or working in a post–Workday go-live environment
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Workday Pro certification(s) in Payroll, Time Tracking, or Absence
Experience supporting integrations or downstream payroll vendors
Prior experience in an enterprise or multi-entity Workday environment
