Senior Manager Sales Operations
Confidential is a high-growth technology organization seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to lead sales operations strategy, analytics, and execution. This role involves owning commercial operations, partnering with various leadership teams, and driving processes to improve revenue performance and decision-making.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Sales Operations Analysts/Specialists, fostering a high-performance culture
Drive sales process optimization, funnel health, and CRM effectiveness
Own sales tools, systems, and reporting; ensure data integrity and operational rigor
Build automated dashboards and analytics that deliver actionable, real-time insights
Partner cross-functionally to improve forecasting, territory design, segmentation, and capacity planning
Support sales compensation and commission plan analysis
Lead change management initiatives tied to systems, tools, and operational improvements
Provide strategic insights that inform leadership decisions and revenue strategy
Qualification
Required
10 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, systems, or business operations
3-5 years of experience in SaaS or technology environments
3-5 years of people management experience
Deep expertise with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics) and GTM tools (HubSpot, Outreach)
Strong proficiency with analytics and BI tools (Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Azure, large datasets)
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Strong communicator with excellent business judgment and leadership presence
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving results in fast-paced environments
