The role involves designing seasonal collections for jewelry and soft accessories while ensuring design consistency and collaboration with product development and sourcing teams.

Responsibilities
Design seasonal collections for jewelry (necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings) and soft accessories (scarves, belts, hats, hair accessories, etc.)
Translate trend research, vintage references, and cultural insights into commercially viable designs
Ensure design consistency and storytelling across categories and seasons
Create detailed sketches, CADs, and tech packs for jewelry and soft accessories
Develop artwork for prints, patterns, and embellishments where applicable
Partner with Product Development and Sourcing to ensure designs meet quality, cost, and production requirements
Review lab dips, strike-offs, prototypes, and samples; provide clear and actionable feedback
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accessories Design, Fashion Design, or related field
4–6 years of professional experience designing jewelry and/or soft accessories
Strong knowledge of materials, construction, and manufacturing processes across both categories
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; CAD experience (Rhino or similar) strongly preferred
Preferred
PLM experience strongly preferred
