Responsibilities
Assisting with technical analysis and traffic modeling
Supporting design and drafting tasks, including preparation of plans, exhibits, and documentation
Learning and applying relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations
Participating in team meetings, project reviews, and professional development opportunities
Gaining exposure to project management, client coordination, and engineering workflows
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Civil or Transportation Engineering
Strong interest in transportation, traffic, or roadway engineering
Basic understanding of engineering principles and design concepts (classroom knowledge acceptable)
Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or traffic modeling software is a plus but not required
