Senior Solutions Sales Executive

Responsibilities

Develop territory/account plans, identify target accounts, and research prospects
Cultivate executive-level connections and build strong client relationships
Work with Advisory leads, Account Directors, Solutions Consulting, Service Delivery, Business Partners, and other internal and external resources to orchestrate deals and deliver value
Conduct outreach via multiple channels and participate in industry events to generate sales opportunities with prospective clients and existing customers
Identify client needs and requirements and develop creative solutions that deliver business value
Manage the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and meet quotas

Required

10 years + sales experience (SaaS/enterprise software preferred)
Deep understanding/experience with enterprise CRE business processes and related technology solutions, including IBM TRIRIGA, IBM Maximo, FM:Systems, ServiceNow, Archibus, Planon, Tango, or others
Ability to reach and sell to executive decision makers
Comfortable being held accountable to targets and quotas for closed sales and overall financial results
Ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms via written and oral media, to a variety of different audiences
Willingness to travel as needed within the US
Experience working from a home office environment
