Program Manager
Confidential company is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects within the automotive and commercial products environment. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery against cost, schedule, and performance objectives, while applying standardized program management processes.

Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle from development through launch while meeting approved business case financial targets
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure readiness across commercial, technical, and manufacturing domains at start of production
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that align scope, schedule, cost, and performance commitments
Establish and align baseline business case expectations with stakeholders, including assumptions, risks, opportunities, milestones, and alternative scenarios
Clearly understand, articulate, and manage project financials throughout execution
Define and manage resource plans, including core team members, approvers, and governance participants
Foster strong team dynamics through coaching, feedback, and proactive problem-solving
Drive a culture of risk mitigation, structured problem solving, and continuous improvement
Utilize standard program management tools, systems, and metrics to maintain transparency, cadence, and agility
Develop and execute effective communication strategies for internal leadership, customers, and project teams
Lead project and program reviews with multiple leadership levels to support informed decision-making
Support contract management and change management processes with internal and external partners
Contribute to new business proposals and product roadmap initiatives
Expand cross-functional knowledge across engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Product Development
Demonstrated experience managing projects through a complete NPI lifecycle
Proficiency with program and project management methodologies, processes, and tools
Knowledge of passenger car and commercial vehicle product/markets
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
Preferred
Master's degree in Business or Engineering
Prior automotive project management experience
Knowledge of passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle markets
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience in requirements management and risk management
Familiarity with product and project portfolio management principles
