Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day project logistics for stakeholder engagement and pilot activities
Coordinate schedules, meeting logistics, and community-facing events in collaboration with the Project Manager and PI
Maintain project "playbooks" for family support workflows, troubleshooting pathways, and routine operations
Establish and manage the apprenticeship program in partnership with Community Colleges
Recruit, onboard, train, supervise, and support apprentices and student workers
Assign tasks, monitor quality, and support skill development related to screening support, telehealth navigation, and family-facing assistance
Coordinate family onboarding, including telehealth navigation, basic tech setup support, and helping families access program resources
Maintain consistent family support structures that promote engagement and adherence to intervention protocols
Serve as a responsive point of contact for families and community partners for non-clinical questions and support needs
Identify, compile, and maintain NC-specific community and healthcare resource directories aligned to family needs and project goals
Coordinate updates and validation of regional resources, especially for rural and underserved communities
Collect, organize, and maintain family participation data and basic operational metrics to support reporting and continuous improvement
Organize structured feedback collection from families and students to inform user experience refinements and operational improvements
Coordinate logistics for the Western NC pilot launch
Provide operational support for Deliverables 1–3 (wireframe, MVP , pilot initiation) through scheduling, family support workflows, apprentice deployment, and documentation support
Expand apprenticeship supervision/training across additional rural counties
Support statewide pilot operations, strengthen engagement strategies, and help coordinate feedback collection to refine the program at scale
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in public health, health sciences, education, psychology, social work, human development, kinesiology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience)
Demonstrated experience coordinating projects/programs in community health, early childhood, healthcare, education, or research settings
Experience supervising, training, or coordinating students, interns, or apprentices
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including tracking participation and maintaining accurate records
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with families, students, and community partners
Comfort with technology tools (video calls/telehealth platforms, shared documents, basic data entry systems)
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field
Experience working with families of young children (0–5), early intervention, pediatrics, or developmental services
Experience with community-based research, stakeholder engagement, qualitative interviewing support, or implementation work
Experience with data tracking tools (e.g., REDCap/Qualtrics/Excel) and maintaining clean documentation
Familiarity with Western NC service systems and community resources
Bilingual/multilingual (especially Spanish)
