Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting: create job postings, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions
Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure new hires feel welcomed, trained, and integrated
Support employee relations with professionalism, discretion, and fairness
Maintain HR records, personnel files, and compliance documentation
Assist with benefits administration, PTO tracking, and payroll coordination
Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives
Maintain company policies and ensure compliance with Florida and federal employment laws
Partner with leadership to foster a values-driven, engaging workplace
Track HR metrics, help streamline processes, and implement system improvements
Support company culture initiatives, events, training, and communication
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of human resources experience
Strong understanding of HR practices, regulations, and workplace compliance
Professional, approachable communication style with strong confidentiality and discretion
High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
Ability to balance multiple priorities and support a fast-paced, growing team
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
construction, manufacturing, or small-business environments preferred
