Leading Time Tracking & Absence workstreams on enterprise Workday programs
Designing and configuring solutions that balance best practice, customer reality, and commercial sense
Running workshops, challenging requirements, and guiding clients through complex decisions
Mentoring junior consultants and helping raise the bar across the team
Partnering with sales and delivery to shape estimates, scopes, and smarter ways of working
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on Workday Time Tracking & Absence implementation and configuration
Workday certification in Time Tracking and/or Absence
Confidence working directly with HR, Payroll, IT, and senior stakeholders
Strong consulting mindset: you can push back, explain trade-offs, and lead the room when it matters
Preferred
Worked with Kronos, ADP, or post-go-live / AMS environments
