Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy agent-driven automation using low-code/no-code platforms and natural language interfaces
Translate messy, real-world business problems into end-to-end automated workflows
Orchestrate APIs, triggers, data pipelines, and LLM-powered logic into systems that actually run
Rapidly prototype solutions, test them in production, and refine based on real outcomes
Own automation initiatives from concept to deployment to measurable impact
Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve agent performance using first-principles thinking
Identify legacy workflows that should be replaced — not patched — and redesign them for scale
Partner directly with operators and leaders to anticipate downstream impacts and unlock leverage
Act as a champion for automation, helping teams rethink how work gets done
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of experience in automation, systems integration, workflow design, or technical operations
Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms or enterprise automation tools
Strong understanding of API integration, data workflows, and system interoperability
Comfort using modern interfaces (visual builders, natural language tools) to prototype quickly
A self-starter mindset — you see a problem and build the solution
Proven ability to own outcomes, not just deliver components
Clear communicator who works well across technical and non-technical teams
Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Preferred
Experience with LLMs, conversational AI, or AI-driven workflows
Background in enterprise transformation or process redesign
Experience measuring, optimizing, and re-architecting systems at scale
Familiarity with agile or iterative delivery models
