E-Commerce Sales Manager - Large Format

Responsibilities

Own business performance for Large Format printers and supplies on HP Store, including revenue, margin, mix, and attach KPIs
Translate NA Large Format priorities into execution plans that improve category visibility, competitiveness, and customer acquisition
Manage the NA planning and operational cadence (QBR), highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and data‑driven recommendations
Ensure catalog accuracy for Large Format printers and inks, partnering with Marketing and HP Store to maintain content, specs, configurations, and imagery
Align with NA Category and HP Store teams on pricing actions, promotional proposals, and competitive response strategies
Ensure NPI readiness including catalog setup, content deployment, inventory planning, and demand‑shaping coordination
Support AOP and quarterly forecasting for the LF business on HP Store
Drive conversion improvements through monitoring digital funnel performance, ASP mix, attach opportunities, and operational blockers
Use HP analytics dashboards to guide weekly execution and growth actions
Lead SEO and SEM optimization efforts to increase traffic quality, product discovery, and high‑intent engagement
Partner with Performance Marketing on programs targeting key LF customer segments (AEC, GIS, SMB, etc.)
Apply A/B testing to refine page layouts, messaging, and calls‑to‑action
Support evaluation and expansion into new online marketplaces including Walmart.com, BestBuy.com, and emerging B2B channels
Support onboarding for new channels including catalog setup, content readiness, and operational coordination
Ensure marketplace activations align with HP Store strategy and avoid channel conflict
Work collaboratively with NA Large Format Category, NA Store teams, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Pricing
Represent HP Store needs in NPI planning, cross‑functional reviews, and roadmap discussions
Adopt global best practices in UX, content quality, and digital merchandising

Required

Results-driven mindset with a focus on online sales growth
Experience in managing sales strategy, execution, and performance optimization across digital channels
Ability to own digital business execution for a product category, including annual planning and commercial performance management
Strong collaboration skills to work with NA Category, Marketing, and HP Store teams
Experience in managing business performance metrics such as revenue, margin, mix, and attach KPIs
Ability to translate priorities into execution plans that improve category visibility and customer acquisition
Experience in managing planning and operational cadence, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
Knowledge of catalog accuracy and content management for products
Experience in aligning pricing actions and promotional proposals with market strategies
Ability to ensure readiness for new product introductions including catalog setup and inventory planning
Experience in supporting annual operating plans and quarterly forecasting
Ability to drive conversion improvements through monitoring digital funnel performance
Experience in using analytics dashboards to guide execution and growth actions
Knowledge of SEO and SEM optimization techniques
