Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions with a heavy emphasis on Azure Cloud services, M365, and hybrid identity management
Partner with the PMO to drive the migration and integration of on-premises workloads to Azure
Deliver strategic oversight for M365 and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) to ensure components align with enterprise-scale security and performance strategies
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on cloud trends, providing innovative solutions for Azure-based corporate initiatives
Design, build, and maintain Azure Virtual Machines, Windows Server OS, storage, and virtualization technologies
Provide daily administration of systems across Azure, VMware, Citrix, and Red Hat platforms, including security patching, upgrades, and configuration changes
Perform capacity planning for Azure consumption and on-premises hardware; drive plans for system consolidation, cloud migration, and standardization
Implement Azure security best practices (NSGs, RBAC, and Conditional Access) to ensure a secure corporate perimeter
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, focusing on cloud architecture diagrams and operational handover procedures for the Service Desk
Monitor internal compliance and external threats using cloud-native security tools
Lead DR planning and execution, utilizing Azure Site Recovery (ASR) and other cloud-based backup solutions
Facilitate formal change management procedures for all production cloud and on-premise environment changes
Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for the Service Desk to ensure incident response meets defined SLTs and SLAs
Qualification
Required
