Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and required documentation
Verify financial terms to confirm funding eligibility
Remove sensitive personal and banking information for audit compliance
Identify, document, and resolve contract issues that do not require owner contact
Generate title, loan, and membership documents as required
Manage collateral flow between clients and custodians
Prepare and validate reports related to loans, funding, and paid-in-full processing
Mail required documents to borrowers and owners in a timely manner
Support internal teams, developers, and lenders with accurate reporting
Complete assigned training and follow company policies and values
