Strategic Growth Consultant

Responsibilities

Build and strengthen trusted relationships with SORHs and hospital associations
Support hospitals participating in federally funded programs created specifically for rural healthcare such as, FLEX, SHIP, and RHTP
Guide complex sales cycles, multi-party conversations grounded in proof, outcomes, and clarity
Lead thoughtful, consultative conversations with rural hospitals and make recommendations for solutions that fill those needs
Help hospitals get started with focused, high-value work and stay engaged as results build
Leading with our core services when there isn’t an obvious issue or denials are a concerns
Using data and reporting to explain opportunities in plain language
Selling the next logical step, not everything at once
Staying involved after an agreement is signed to make sure value is delivered

Required

Experience working with complex clients who may have multiple stakeholders, within and outside the organization, that are part of the sales decision process and often require assistance navigating government funded programs, gaining support for funding and justifying ongoing annual spend
Experience working in or alongside rural hospitals, Critical Access Hospitals, or similarly complex healthcare environments
Ability to explain data and analytics in a way that feels useful and approachable
Sales experience, with a focus on understanding rural healthcare
