Responsibilities
Own and manage overall functional aspects of EBS Finance modules (AP, AR, GL)
Prepare, review, and maintain BR100 documents
Perform detailed finance module configuration , including:
AP : Financials setup, Payables, Payment Documents, Payment Formats, Payment Process Profiles
AR : System Options, Transaction Types, Memo Lines, Transaction Sources, Receipt Classes, Receipt Sources & Methods
GL : Journal Sources, Journal Categories, Ledger configurations
Strong understanding of end-to-end finance functional flows
Conduct unit testing and functional testing of key business processes
Provide support during integration testing and assist QA teams
Extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS application functionality and table structures
Work closely with customers to gather business and technical requirements
Create clear and comprehensive functional specification documents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, QA, business)
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cash Management (CM), Project Accounting (PA)
Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle EBS Finance implementations
Deep understanding of Oracle EBS finance configurations and setups
Own and manage overall functional aspects of EBS Finance modules (AP, AR, GL)
Prepare, review, and maintain BR100 documents
Perform detailed finance module configuration, including: AP: Financials setup, Payables, Payment Documents, Payment Formats, Payment Process Profiles; AR: System Options, Transaction Types, Memo Lines, Transaction Sources, Receipt Classes, Receipt Sources & Methods; GL: Journal Sources, Journal Categories, Ledger configurations

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) for incident/change management
Azure DevOps for work tracking and collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, QA, business)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Team player with customer-facing experience
Preferred
Experience interfacing with senior stakeholders and business leaders
Exposure to multi-country implementations or support engagements
Experience mentoring mid-level and junior QA / functional team members
Ability to work under tight timelines and delivery pressure
Strong experience in functional and domain documentation
Familiarity with onsite-offshore delivery models
Cloud certifications (Azure or Oracle) – a plus
