Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server (12c) and middleware components
Perform Oracle patching, security hardening, and version upgrades
Install and configure software, middleware components, and Oracle databases
Execute application deployments, troubleshoot failures, and manage rollbacks
Monitor and optimize application performance, logs, and system health
Support development, test, and production environments
Support environments running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
Collaborate closely with development, database, and infrastructure teams
Contribute to release management and DevOps automation
Qualification
Required
Administer and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server (12c) and middleware components

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline + 4 years experience or Master's degree + 2 years experience
Preferred
Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems administration
P6 EPPM administration
OAS/OBIEE administration
OPPM configuration and support
Basic Oracle database administration
SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2022 support
Understanding of Citrix environments and load balancers
SOA, P6, OPPM, and OAS domain configuration
Automated deployments using CI/CD or DevOps tools
Experience with FAA systems or other federal enterprise environments
Hands-on exposure to software development, database work, and disaster recovery planning
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and change/configuration management processes
Background in system integration, code migration, and security compliance
