Responsibilities
Manage and optimize product flow from vendor warehouse pickup through consol operations, ensuring on-time, cost-effective transportation
Partner with vendors and 3PL providers to improve performance, efficiency, and service reliability
Use data and KPIs to identify opportunities, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally to execute transportation strategies and special events with precision
Lead initiatives to enhance visibility, streamline processes, and enable faster decision-making
Act as a change agent—challenging the status quo and driving innovation across the inbound transportation network
Respond quickly and effectively to high-impact operational events to maintain service commitments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, or related field
Proven track record of ownership and delivering measurable results
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience working with transportation carriers or 3PL partners
Demonstrated ability to use data and KPIs to drive performance improvement
Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
