Vice President of Business Development

Justuju is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Vice President of Business Development to lead the company’s growth initiatives and strategic partnerships. This role involves driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and collaborating with the executive team to support long-term strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Identify, evaluate, and advance strategic partnerships, joint ventures, M&A opportunities, and key commercial initiatives
Build, manage, and expand high-value partner and client relationships, including channels and industry stakeholders
Lead complex business negotiations, structure partnership models, and ensure successful execution of agreements
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals
Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging market opportunities, providing strategic insights to senior leadership
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development team, establishing scalable processes and performance metrics

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related roles, preferably within mid-to-large organizations or high-growth environments
Proven track record of successfully closing strategic partnerships, channel deals, or large-scale commercial agreements
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and relationship management capabilities
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred

International business exposure or multi-region partnership experience is a plus
