Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana is seeking a Part-Time Shopgoodwill Product Specialist to assist the store management team in achieving operational goals. The role involves identifying and selecting high-value items from donations for eCommerce, processing products for online sales, and maintaining a clean work area.

Searches incoming donations for high-value merchandise
Processes and organizes products for eCommerce and in-store showcases
Completes all required training to assist the site in achieving online sales goals
Maximizes online posting percentage while maintaining a high average ticket
Maintains clean and orderly work area

Understands and stays current on marketplace trends. Has a thirst for knowledge and applies it appropriately. Driven to find answers through research and collaboration
