Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and providing direction
Define and control project scope, documenting and communicating changes as needed
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial alignment
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
Create and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary
Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders
Ensure project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Resolve issues and escalate risks when appropriate
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5–10 years of project management experience
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency with project management tools and software
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
PMP or equivalent certification
