Responsibilities

Manages the development, modification, and implementation of production schedule
Develops and modifies production schedule and coordinates all related support activities through the manufacturing, testing and approval process
Lead the daily Production meeting
Identify risks to on time delivery, drive countermeasures, and communicate/escalate risks and countermeasures to leadership
Resolves conflicting priorities and manufacturing problems that may impact timely product delivery to our customers
Develop, communicate, and measure performance of firm manufacturing schedule
Work with Production to assign resources by day, by shift
Monitors, records, and report on the status of production activities
Lead root cause analysis of wins and losses
Actively participate in continuous improvement of QCDISME
Provide analysis to identify constraints and support long-term capacity planning

Required

4-year degree
2-5 years related experience
Oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to interact with all levels in all departments
