The Account Manager will own and grow a portfolio of high-value physician offices, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted partner while driving revenue through exceptional service.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with a dedicated portfolio of physician offices
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal pharmacy teams
Proactively support reordering and monitor account activity and trends
Resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, and service concerns quickly and professionally
Educate clients on products, services, and processes as needed
Identify upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts
Track and report on key account metrics, client feedback, and order patterns
Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and operations to enhance the client experience
Ensure all client interactions align with company policies and regulatory standards
Provide guidance and direction to junior account or customer service team members on client-specific needs
Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and resolve escalated issues
Act as a role model for professionalism, compliance, and client-focused service
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service
Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts independently
Preferred
Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or compounding pharmacy space
Previous experience working directly with physician offices or medical professionals
Familiarity with healthcare compliance and industry regulations
