Qualification
Required
2-4 Years of Experience Post-Graduation
Strong Communication and Project Management skills
Proficiency in Roadway Design, Traffic Engineering, and Infrastructure Design
Knowledge of Drainage, TCP, ITS, Lighting, S&PM, and Signalization Design
Strong understanding of engineering standards and regulatory compliance
Ability to lead and work collaboratively with diverse teams
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering - REQUIRED
Engineer Intern (EI) Certification - REQUIRED
Previous experience working on civil, transit, or transportation projects - REQUIRED
Preferred
Professional Engineering (PE) License is a plus
Previous experience working on FDOT projects is a plus
